This project was Downtown Las Vegas’ first ground-up resort development since 1980. This property has a 27-story high-rise, 777-room hotel tower and two-level casino and the largest multi-level stadium-style race and sportsbook. The project also featured a multi-tiered pool amphitheater, with a large television screen to host watch-parties for sports fans, spa, an assortment of restaurants and the “Garage Mahal”, a 9-story state-of-the-art parking structure with 1,201 parking spaces. Circa also welcomed back Vegas Vickie, the iconic kicking cowgirl once featured prominately at the Fremont Street Experience.
