Immersive Studios provided the low voltage engineering design services for the $4.3 billion luxury resorts with a 110,000 SF casino, 3,500 Guest rooms, luxury suites, villas and penthouses in two resort towers, 14,000 SF entertainment zone that includes a race and sports book with feature entertainment, a 5,000 seat theater, 200,000 SF of food and beverage space, 70,000 SF retail mall, 30,000 SF convention facility, 75,000 SF nightlife and daylife concept, 220,000 SF swimming pool complex including a 1,800 SF infinity pool, and a 27,000 SF spa. The west tower is to feature one of the largest LED building displays in the U.S at 100,000 SF, 19,000 SF on the east tower, 10,000 SF property marquee, 50 FT diameter video globe displace over 6,000 SF of LED content. The entire project is being served by a 25,000 ton, 40-megawatt multi-story high-rise central plant. This mega-resort is proposed to debut fourth quarter 2020.
